7-8pm (All Grades & Ages from Beginners)

Wednesdays:
7 - 8pm (All Grades & Ages)

Fridays:
7 - 8pm (Brown & Black Belts)
8 - 9pm (Goshin-Do/Self Defense - Brown & Black Belts)

Classes are taught by Sensei Jerome Dupuch, 3rd Dan Black Belt.
Beginners are always welcome.

DIRECTIONS
The Dojo is situated just off the N11 & M50, exit for Cherrywood/Loughlinstown, on the southside of Dublin.
Car park available in Leisure Centre. No. 7 bus stops outside the Leisure Centre.
The LUAS should also be stopping at Cherrywood soon.
